Customer Service Window

Departmental mail and packages are accepted at ECU Mail Services with FOAP slips. Mail and packages can also be included with outgoing campus mail with a FOAP slip. Personal mail with proper postage can be dropped off or included with outgoing campus mail as well.

ECU Mail Services does not sell stamps or accept personal packages for shipment.

Mail Services hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is located in Building 43 on Founders Drive.
