University Mail Services

All incoming and outgoing USPS mail will be processed Monday – Friday, along with delivering to campus mail stops, except for those departments who have requested their mail be held at Mail Services.

ECU Mail Services is open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Customers should use the Mail Services door accessed from the west side of the building, adjacent to Slay Hall.

University Mail Services provides interoffice and U.S. Post Office mail service to all departments at East Carolina University.

Mail Services is located on the main campus in Building 43 on Founders Drive. The entrance is in the back of the building adjacent to Slay Hall. Departmental mail and packages are accepted with FOAP slips.

University mail is metered, Monday-Friday from 8 am until 4:30 pm. 

Stamps are no longer sold at Mail Services, but may be purchased at Dowdy Student Stores in the Main Campus Student Center, or Health Sciences Store in the Health Sciences Student Center.

Shipping and receiving of FedEx and UPS packages for the Brody School of Medicine are handled at the loading dock area, located near GW-56.
