Bulk Mailing Services

Campus, bulk-rate, first-class, and presort mailing options are available for rapid distribution of your printed piece. Using a mailing list which has been verified to USPS regulations will likely reduce your postage rate.

A variety of printing and labeling services, including mailing list consolidation, are available through University Printing and Graphics mailing department. Call 252-737-1301 for information, or email upgmailing@ecu.edu.

Bulk Mailing To Campus Mailboxes

University-registered organizations (clubs, committees) and departments are permitted to use ECU Mail Services for the purpose of distributing mass mailings to campus departments.

Commercial solicitation/advertising/mailings by non-university agencies or businesses must be approved in advance. It is the responsibility of the agency or business to secure approval, complete the Request for Mailing Services form, and submit payment.

ALL BULK MAILING SERVICES REQUESTS ARE HANDLED THROUGH UNIVERSITY PRINTING & GRAPHICS, 2612 E. TENTH STREET.

Student mail is being handled through a centralized distribution system with Student Affairs and University Housing.  There is no longer a bulk mailing service to students.
